Sibling Architecture is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Architect and Experienced Graduate of Architecture to join our team in Melbourne.

Project Architect Role:
6+ years minimum postgraduate experience leading projects from concept to completion, public projects are a plus but not essential.
You will be responsible for and have experience in:
• Leading and coordinating the design and documentation of multiple projects at various stages of a project lifecycle
• Overseeing projects during the contract admin phase, including responding to RFI’s, EOT’s and progress claims.
• Planning and managing the documentation flow of projects and the team
• Managing the exchange and coordination of documentation with the consultant team.
• Producing documentation models with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience in engaging with complex client groups, stakeholders and user groups
• Effectively managing clients and have excellent communication skills
• Conducting regular reviews and quality assurance with your project team
• Nurturing graduates to grow their skillset
• Working closely with the leadership team to contribute to business development and advocate for Sibling Architecture
• Contributing to our studio culture of research and learning
Skills & Experience
• Degree/s in architecture with a vast knowledge of building codes and standards
• Registration with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria, or equivalent 6+ years post graduate experience in an architectural practice
• Rights to work in Australia
• Proficiency in Revit
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Proficiency in Rhino is a plus
Experienced Graduate of Architecture Role:
3+ years minimum post graduate experience working on design focused architectural projects.
You will be responsible for and have experience in:
• Develop design presentations and communicate concepts through diagrams and visualisations
• Support project architects in their design, documentation, and delivery of architectural projects
• Work within a collaborative team to develop detailed architectural documentation sets
• Reviewing and coordinating technical building requirements
• Reviewing and coordinating consultant documentation
Skills & Experience
• Degree/s in architecture with a vast knowledge of building codes and standards
• Rights to work in Australia
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Suite are a plus
